Requirements of the role:
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Architect
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting and supervision in buildings construction
Required skills & knowledge:
Good experience in Commercial Buildings finishes
Good experience inspecting project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and requirements
Good experience in project management
Advanced computer skills (AutoCAD, MS project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Arabic
Good analytical skills, leadership and management skills
