We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our development team and our customers to ensure clear understanding, analyzing and documentation of business/project requirements in an agile environment. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in one of the following majors: Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer System Engineering, Computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or any IT-related degree. 2 or more years of experience in Business Analysis. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent capability to gather, evaluate and understand business process and user requirements. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Superb Interpersonal Skills. English fluency, Arabic is a plus. Very Good written and verbal communication skills, presentations, etc. Job Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between customers and the development team using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate customer requirements. Collect and understand the business requirements during the discovery phase using the requirements gathering techniques such as workshops, interviews, etc. Analyze user requirements using the standard analysis methodologies and translate it into proper software requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools. Prepare business requirements document (BRD), prepare software requirements specifications document (SRS) and user interface guides (Mockups & for the reference of end users.
