    Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of Sales Supporting Target and Incentive workings Trade Promotion/Consumer Promotion tracking and coordination. Customer Creation and extension/Material Extension on SAP Follow up of all administrational tasks Major Responsibilities Support the preparation of Monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by Channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive payout Monthly Business Planning Cycle preps Generate timely and meticulous reporting for TTS OLK based on official commercial policy and updated Customer plans RIG, Business Progress Performance, Rebates OLK, TTS Mapping, Sales by Brand SKU Channel Customer, Credit Limit revisions and reviewing risk categories. Consolidate Monthly Activity Plans, Analysis submission of DD Dashboards, CCS. Preps of all General Business Manager Dashboards. Responsible for assisting in the ICP process preparation by creating the right tools in coordination with GBM CM. Continuous update required until the ICP is finalized and ready to be distributed by channel by customer while floating with DF. Responsible to stir the analysis for all reports upon submission and for orchestrating/ leading the advisory role for all stake holders GBM/CM/CCSD to effectively guide the proper decision making. Responsible for ensuring that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly. End of Year Rebates calculation. Ensure that no rebates are paid for customers without an official agreement. Prepare all the templates and PPT slides for General Business Manager and Channel managers related to corporate presentations. Update country Fact sheets relative information. Responsible for developing and training own team. Ensure proper balanced control and the right delegation/rotation of work among SS executives. GD CRM: SUPER USER: Ensure timely training to new roles holders. Planner Performer Role for TTS. Responsible to Track and ensure activities are planned and executed and closed on CRM as per the best practice. WHO CODE COMPLIANCE: Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade and during objective setting and performance evaluation, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast Milk substitutes and Nestl Instructions and local country codes.
