Purpose of the job: 

• • Maintaining shipments and documents to customers.

• Proper execution for customers’ orders.
  

Position Responsibilities:
The successful applicant is responsible for:

• • Coordinate with sales department team members and facilitate the sales in the sales department.

• Arrange Sales Order for the upcoming expected Purchase Order based on Sales Order Plan to get high earliness rate result.

• Arrange and update direct shipments orders against customer confirmed Purchase Order.

• Collect the PIs for the confirmed customer PO from sales.

• Check prices, payment terms & income terms on system if match with Performa Invoice.
  Follow up with sales for price registration.
  Manage and allocate orders stock and credit for orders.

• Share order status & key issues related to order (shipment issue, credit status and customer requirements & request) with sales department.

• Request credit block release order.
  Submit Shipping Instructions for approvals and share the SI status with Sales.

• Arrange and release Shipping Instructions to factories.
  Managing Good Receipt, Devilry Order & Good Issue to proceed billing for weekly & monthly closing.

• Follow up with factories to receive shipping docs after shipment departure.
  Sending complete and correct shipping docs with the related AR to customer before vessel arrival date.

• Submit a credit / debit notes against sales orders for approval.

• Create a special sales order (special price, Free of Charge & Bundle) through Internal System and identifying the reason code behind the special order.

• Track Sea & Air shipments and update the status of shipment arrival date.

• Arrange for physical count for the displays.

Contract Type:
The contract type is “Limited” and renewable upon mutual agreement of both parties.
