Establishing, designing, developing, managing and controlling learning and development practices across Hikma group including employee development initiatives, learning management system, social learning, cross functional development, internships, continuing education and other L&D programmes.

• Align with key business stakeholders to develop and deliver an effective L&D strategy and budget, which supports the achievement of Hikma’s business objectives.

• Manage all training initiatives at Hikma Globally to deliver appropriate soft and hard skills programmes • Build a pipeline of programmes and educational assets within the organization that are tied to the organizational needs

• Lead a team accountable for overall planning, implementation, and effectiveness of professional

development strategies and initiatives

• Oversee and direct all activities related to planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of professional development strategies and initiatives

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Department to promote professional development activities

• Identifying business needs for nontraditional learning and development activities across Hikma groups and develop programmes, frameworks, initiatives and processes to tackle these needs.

• Identify opportunities of knowledge digitalization across Hikma group and lead the effective and

efficient conversion of existing learning materials, assessments and programmes into interactive and engaging E-learning solutions

• Oversee the management, implementation and maintenance of the LMS structure, design,

configurations, , curricula, catalogues, assignment profile, programmes, online content, scheduled

offerings and assessments

• Align with IT, Validation, Quality and other departments to build, maintain and create integrations with other systems and maintain LMS compliance to global and local regulations

• Manage vendors and business partners who can contribute to the design and implementation of nonclassroom learning activities

• Build human capacity across all Hikma sites to effectively use and manage learning activities on the LMS

• Establish and report learning and development analytics on the LMS

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ BA. in Business Administration or related field.

▪ Certification in Learning and Development Techniques
