Account Executive

Purpose of the Job

Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in a timely manner by adhering to set policies and standards to achieve highest satisfaction levels.

Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service for customers in line with Aramex standards.
  • Following up on the customer cases and constantly updating them.
  • Ensure following up with operations for any special customer needs or to resolve any problematic issues.
  • Ensure building a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide full information, accurate updates and recommendations on time.
  • Manage and meet customers’ expectations and needs.
  • Implement high customer service standards level to ensure customers’ retention and continued business.
  • Regularly provide the customer with a professional service to promote the company brand and image as well as retain customers.
  • Actively call and visit customers and ensure that high level of customer service is provided.
  • Qualification / Capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and sales software programs
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
