About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Conduct daily review on open incidents.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Follow up on IT purchasing procedure to avoid delays & errors in related processes.
  • Maintain all users files related to IT assets.
  • Follow up on the IT assets inventory system & reconciling the IT assets information with the finance department related records
  • Participation in IT projects & post implementation support
  • Report all IT maintenance team performance to the Team lead & escalate any pending issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 years experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity
  • Associate’s degree in computer science
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • In depth knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office 365
