Estarta Solutions (based in Amman/ Jordan) currently has an opening for an “After Hours Incident Manager” position.
Working hours: 12 hours/ shift. 4 days a week.
Rotational shifts: (day & overnight).
A college degree in MIS, BIS, or languages is required.
3-5 years of experience in operations, customer support, project management, or IT support is required.
ITIL Knowledge is a must.
ITIL foundation certificate is a plus.
English fluency (writing and speaking) is a must.
Languages (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.
